Safari Notify Me watches a webpage for a change you describe, such as a restock or a revised date, and alerts you when it spots it. It needs iOS 27, iPadOS 27 or macOS 27 on a device that supports Apple Intelligence. Set up one watch, then check that you can find, edit and delete it.

Check device support first
You need Safari on iOS 27, iPadOS 27 or macOS 27 Golden Gate, on a device that supports Apple Intelligence. For iPhone, Apple’s device list includes iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16 models and later, and iPhone Air. An older phone can install iOS 27 without getting Notify Me. Apple lists Notify Me under intelligent Safari features powered by Apple Intelligence.
Apple Intelligence needs the device language and Siri language set to the same supported language. English is supported. Apple also says some features may not be available in all regions or languages, so confirm Notify Me appears in Safari on your own UK English setup before you rely on it for a time-critical page.
Set up the alert on the device where you want to receive it. Allow notifications if Safari asks, and check that you can find the saved alert before relying on it.
Set up an alert on the page
Open the exact page you usually refresh: the trip notice, stock listing or price page. Choose a page where you can describe the change clearly.
Open Safari’s Page menu beside the address bar and choose Notify Me. Enter what you want Safari to look for.
Be specific: a particular colour returning to stock, a price falling below your budget, or a payment deadline changing. Name one change, so that when an alert arrives you know exactly what to check.
Use Edit to adjust how often Safari checks. Apple’s iPhone instructions show a checkmark to confirm; on Mac, choose the frequency or time and click Done. Pick a frequency that fits the change you are waiting for.
After saving, check that the watch appears in the list described below before you set up another.
Example: school trip page
Suppose your child’s school has a Year 5 trip page with a payment deadline that may change. On a supported iPhone, open that page, choose Notify Me and enter: “Notify me when the payment deadline changes.” If the controls offer a daily check at 07:30, select it. Keep reading the school’s official messages too.
Check alerts and remove watches you no longer need
When a notification arrives, open the page and confirm what changed. To edit or delete a watch on iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Notify Me and choose the site. On Mac, open Safari > Settings, choose the Websites tab, then Notify Me in the sidebar, where each site has Edit and Delete buttons. Delete a watch once it has done its job.
Keep the school’s official messages or the shop’s own stock alerts switched on. Apple gives restocks and price changes as examples, but that does not establish that Safari will catch every change on every page. Do not use this as your only reminder for a payment or travel deadline.
If Notify Me is missing, first confirm Apple Intelligence is available on the device and that device language and Siri language match a supported language. If the control still never appears, keep refreshing the page yourself or use the site’s own alert until your hardware or region supports the feature.
